1. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
You must notify us within 2–3 days of receiving the order if there is any issue.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-returnable Items
Perishable goods cannot be returned.
Cosmetics and personal care items cannot be returned if opened or used.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
